Since 20 years ago, we began our health and social passage within a relatively contracted area. later on, the landmass broadened and the number of the employees and volunteers increased in "the health care association" sidc and we started aspiring to offer services to indigents in whole lebanon, and we really prospered in doing that.

"AIDS program" was the main part of our activities especially when one of the employees ascertained to a patient in 1991 suffering from the illness and from the psychology and health nonfeasance. thus, we gave him care and charity basing on the aim and the meaning of our message.

Therefore, our experience with that patient figured out how plhiv are worthwhile so we established a support group for them consequently, and it was unusual, listening to their needs and searching for how we can pacify them and the accessibility to put the efficient prevention strategies inland to decrease the spread of the "deadly" virus.

Based on our experience with the support group formed by infected and affected people, we discovered that the social work doesn't suffice solely although its necessity and gravity, and we concluded that all the society institutions and residents are responsible in collaboration to prevent the spread of hiv/aids.

Consequently, the integration of the social institutions and the government and media conduce to create a cultured context on aids fighting neither it nor the infected people.

Thus, we cooperate with the national aids program in lebanon and ministry of public health in addition to many other local and international associations.
